Please arrive by 10:15am. --------------------------------------------------------- Prizes: Based on 10 participants. 1st place: $150+Hall of Fame, Best U1250 $50. 1st Place decided by total points from the Classical games and Rapid games at the end of tournament. Winner takes all! ------------------------------------------------------------ Schedule: 1st Rd: 10:30am | Lunch 30 Min | 2nd Rd: 12:45pm | 3rd Rd: 2:10pm | 4th Rd: 3:30pm. ------------------------------------------------------Challenge#3: Every game you win from Aug-Oct will be added up by the end of the Colosseum Games. Each month will have a different classical time control as well as a peculiar way to earn more points. In this challenge 1 Rapid game after every round with the same opponent you play in each round. The person with the most points by the end of October will receive a bonus $125 prize, The Colosseum's 1st Place Statuette and will be inducted into the ChessMinds Hall of Fame! Point system: Classical: Wins=1pt Draws=.5 Byes=.25 for those that ask for one. For the person that is forced to have a bye 1pt. Rapid Match Playoff=2pts for winner. Blitz: W=.30 D=.15 B=.05.
