Up to *1 half-point bye allowed, TD must be notified before second round begins. Sections may be merged or changed for pairing purposes. Prizes: 1st - $60 in each section if at least 8 paid entries in that section... Otherwise 1st place receives free entry to next FNL... Please bring your own chess sets and clocks if you have...
