Every Second and Fourth Monday Night USCF-Rated Tournament at North Henry Baptist Church

Every second and fourth Monday night, there will be a three-round USCF-rated chess tournament at North Henry Baptist Church, 1093 Flat Rock Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The tournament will be held in the modulars behind the building and will start at 6:00 p.m.

Tournament Format:

• 3 rounds of G/30;d5 (Game in 30 minutes with a 5-second delay).

Sections and Entry Fees:

• Open Section: $10 entry fee.
• U1100 Section: $10 entry fee.

Prizes:

• Open Section: 1st place: 40% of the entry fees.
• U1100 Section: 1st place: 20% of the entry fees.

Additional Information:

This tournament is open to anyone with a USCF account! If you don’t have a USCF account but would like to participate, please reach out to us.

Registration: On-site registration is available for both sections and will close at 5:50 p.m. Please arrive early to ensure your spot.

Byes: Byes are available for all rounds. You must request a bye before round one. Each player is allowed a maximum of one half-point bye. Zero-point byes are available for as many rounds as necessary.

Some chess sets and clocks will be provided, but we encourage players to bring their own sets and clocks if possible.
