Desc: This event begins at 7:15pm on Friday 3/14/25 and is the Florida State Scholastic Bughouse Championship. This is a side event of the 2025 Florida State Scholastic Championship, US Chess membership is not required for this side event. ************************************************************** When registering for this tournament please use both team members’ last names with the first letter of the first name: Example (TillisBPryorK). This will allow us to easily find the players and make pairings easier. The ratings of the two players will be combined for pairing purposes. ************************************************************** The tournament is 5 rounds with G/5 time control, byes must be requested before round 1. Chess players are responsible for bringing their chess clock to the event, we provide the sets. ************************************************************** There is one Open section for this event with trophies to the top finishers, this is an unrated event.
