Advance Registration (prior to 5/2/2026):

- Unrated: $20.00
USCF Membership is required for the Rated Section.
On-Site Registration (Rated / Unrated): $30.00
Tournament Schedule
- Registration Opens: 7:00 AM
- Registration Closes: 8:30 AM
- Late Registration: 8:30 AM – 11:15 AM
- Opening Ceremony: 8:30 AM
- Round 1 Pairings: 8:50 AM
Round Schedule
- Round 1 – 9:00 AM
- Round 2 – 10:15 AM
- Round 3 – 11:30 AM
- Round 4 – 1:30 PM
- Round 5 – 2:45 PM
Awards Ceremony: 4:15 PM
Player Responsibilities
- Players should bring a tournament chess set and clock
- Limited sets and clocks will be available
- All rated-section players are required to keep score
- Scoresheets will be provided
Bye Policy
- One or two 0.5-point byes available during registration
- Bye requests must be submitted before Round 1
- 0.0-point byes may be requested at any time
- If a round has an odd number of players, a 1.0-point bye will be given to the lowest-rated player
