Desc: The Stonehaven Chess Club (Marietta, GA) is hosting a USCF-rated scholastic tournament open to all area students grades K-12. Time Control: 4SS G/25;d5 (4 games, 25 mins/side with 5 second delay). USCF Rated Three Open Sections: Beginner (U400), Intermediate (U800), Advanced (800+). Player rated within 100 points may choose to play up one section. Sections maybe combined at TD discretion. Registration: ends 7/18; please register early as the tournament is limited to 60 players. Rounds: 1st 12:00PM, subsequent rounds start immediately after (should end by 4:00pm). Trophies for top 2 in each section; ribbons for all participants. USCF membership required.
