Scholastic: $10
Adult: $20

- All players in rated sections, which includes both Adult sections, must have a valid, active USCF membership to play. You can obtain or renew USCF membership online when you register, at the door, or directly on the uschess.org website. The current Month’s Rating Supplement will be used. The highest of blitz, quick, or regular rating may be used for pairing and prizes at the tournament director's discretion.
- Attendance will be limited to 60 total players so please register in advance to guarantee a spot.
- Sections may be combined if there are fewer than 6 players registered for any section
- Scholastic section entrants must be in grades K - 12 and rated under 1300 USCF. Over 1300 rated students should register for one of the Adult sections. Students rated between 1100 and 1300 may choose either Scholastic or U1600.
- The Scholastic Beginners sections will follow USCF rules, but will not be submitted to the USCF nor require membership. They are intended for beginners who wish to get practice in a tournament setting.

Walk-in Registration: 1p
Round 1 starts at 1:30p. Subsequent rounds will begin as soon as the prior round completes, with awards after round 6. We expect to finish up around 6p.
Byes: One ½ point bye allowed. Must be requested prior to round 2 being paired and cannot be changed
Prizes:
Adult sections: A minimum of 60% of Adult section entry fees will be returned as cash prizes to top performers
Scholastic sections: Medals will be awarded to top performers in all scholastic sections. These tie break systems will be used for scholastic prize determination if needed: Modified Median, Solkoff, Cumulative, Cumulative opponent's score

- Players in all sections except unrated beginners are expected to bring their own regulation chess sets, clocks, and pens/pencils
- Notation is recommended, but is not required for quick rated USCF events
