Desc: ************************************************************** This registration is for the Palm Beach Chess Quick Tournament (G/15) for Women and Girls. This tournament is a warmup event to encourage participation in the 2026 Florida State Women and Girls Championships on April 18th. This quick tournament will take place at the Cox Science Center and Aquarium located at 4801 Dreher Trail N, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 in the STEM building, the White building across from the Science Center. This tournament is an OPEN section with age based prizes. ************************************************************** The tournament consists of 5 games of G/15. Round times are sharp: 6:00pm, 6:35pm, 7:10pm, 7:50am, 8:20pm. Please keep in mind byes are available any round if you would like to leave early. ************************************************************** Entry fee: $20, $15 more if registered the day of the event. Prizes: 1st: 30%, 2nd: 20%, 30+: 10% 50+: 10%, all prizes based on collected entry fees, prizes paid through PayPal to registration email. ************************************************************** This tournament is open to all US Chess rated players, all you need is an active membership!
